The staff managing the place (Charlize) did an amazing job and was very professional. She explained it all thoroughly and was so polite as she was even apologetic for tending to another customer (which I feel goes above and beyond regular customer service at a jewellery store). I have no regrets choosing this store for the wedding band for my partner. Different sizes than whats at the store will require online ordering which will take 4-6 weeks to deliver, so do come much early before your actual wedding day. Seamless process altogether. Booked an appt with Charlize and took my time going through all the sizes and designs. She’s been really kind and patient, taking her time to explain and suggest different options, not pushy about things and we took 2 trips to finally confirm on our purchase. Our order takes about 4-6 weeks to fulfill as we had some customization done to the ring.

I treated myself to diamond earrings and a bracelet from temple and grace and wow they’re gorgeous. The diamonds sparkle even in low light. You can tell the difference straight away when it’s made by real jewellers. They even cleaned one of my old rings for free while I was there which was so sweet.
